What size needle do you use
Sir, this is 11 years later but I’m going to tell you thank you I hope you get this message because I have been struggling with this cause I’m not a mathematician. I’m not even slightly smart at math. Thank you.
thanks for the great video - I'm wondering if the ratio needs to be adjusted at all for FLAT enamel paints vs gloss? Would the recommendation be to use a little less thinner? How about the metallic line of testors enamel paint? Thanks in advance for any tips here!
Easy peasy up and easy well explained
God bless you🙏🏻
Well done.
I got my first H today
Well explained. Simply put. Thanks...
My two head sprayers are Romanian and from kossovo. Kept me in prepping and wont teach me to spray, i asked many times. So Im going buck wild and learning myself. Thanks for such clear information, these fools would make rocket science out of it.
I’m sorry but they are not thinned enough straight out the bottle.
I am undercoating my car today I didnt know what order to put the paint into the cup. Thanks to you Epoxy Hardener then Thinners noone else Ive watch 20-30 videos and they dont tell you what order thats the most important part Paint Hardener then thinners why cant others just say that?
Very clear! Crystal :)
Thank you very much for this, extremely helpful.
Thank you brother
Thank you for a very understandable video. One thing though: Just where can one get a Matrix System Mixing pot or similar? I have searched but all I can find is 50 Pieces of one pot or another that is completely different than the pot that you use! Understanding Mixing Ratios really does depend on using the Pot you use. Looking at the other Pots on-line they look completely different and therefor are a complete mystery to me!!! Please could you advise me where I can get an Identical one that you use from, hopefully in the UK, but I could always purchase from the USA if possible! Thank you all, Rob in the Berkeley Vale, Gloucestershire, in the West of England.
The best explanation brother
Thank you brother I went through video after video and didn't get any of the information that you just gave. You just made my paint project so much easier!! Thank you sir
I will say this is the best video on here
What if it was 1:1 and need to reduce 20%
Great Video thanks for sharing
Is this the Don Yost method? Did you use odorless thinner????
Now what if I don’t have a cup like that
Buy one😂
Where from? Rob UK@@rocktulippe9948
My mind tends to overcomplicate things. So much appreciated!
Thank you, I really like your explanation. I have never for once thought in this direction before, I was just sitting down this night and thought about what to do being the type of person that I am, always searching for new things and mixing paint just came to my mind and for the very first time I was able to get something tangible from you. Thanks once again and I will always get in touch if there is or there other things that I will like to know.
Thank you.
😎💯👍👍
thumbs down very bad introduction!
thanks for the comment ,what was bad about it ?
Thank you for the video
@Andy X Where is part 5? the next stage of the painting process?
I had several life changes that stopped my model hobby ,,,i will be posting again this spring and finish the model
Very well explained, easy to understand as I know what to do to mix it. You should always use the same number when you fill up no matter what the mixing ratio is, but all of them must come with same number to get good mix. For example, your primer is 4:1, look at 4:1 on the cups. Fill up the primer to 2, then fill up the hardener to 2 to make it 4:1. Same with clear coats but the mixing ratio is different 👍
Explained very well. I am now confident in mixing my paint. Thank you Subscribed!
DO NOT USE ANY FLOOR WAX IN YOU WATER BASED PAINT!!!! You are altering the chemistry of the paint and leaving your self open problems including poor adhesion. You can use one of the Future replacement Over the finished model if you want, just done be too surprised if it turns yellow if left in sunlight.
all good points , thank you
Note to those just finding these UA-cams on Createx paint. Notice they are 10 years old. I have been using them for 20 years and yes you don't apply them like the enamels and lacquers available to the modeling hobby. Createx has made several changes and have come out with new lines and technologies. The newer Wicked line is a great line for plastic modelers but you need to follow a few rules. Do yourself a favor and go over to Createx's youtube channel and watch Craig Fraser's videos, especially those on the Mandilorian helmets.
Thank you so much ❤️ 😊 this helped me 🙏🏼 I will use enamel thinner
Very clear thank you
Excellent explanation Thank you very much
Great explanation!
Hi do you used fine, medium or heavy needle? Thank you exelent job
medium #3
Andy a hero out here🤣
Very detailed and great video. Thank you
I Brush Stynylrez on the mini...works great. It's so great, it even adheres to Reaper Miniatures shtty plastic Bones minis.
wow no one has ever said paint in bucket first... i like this video...
Will these paints work on lexan plastic RC bodies?
Thank You ,I Under Now ,Can You Do A Vid Explaining Best Ratios For 2k Paint, Metallic, Pearl etc Then The Next Vid On 1k Or 2k Primer
But how do you do a ratio that's 15:1? 15 paint and 16?5 hard
This helped me so much first time auto painter here!
This is by far the best ratio video out there I been searching for information on this for 2 weeks and finally found this.. thank you sir!! Best help there is..
Earl scheib $99 special?🤣 Jman
Hi, this is still confusing because it does not address the actual amounts you need, you only mentioned parts but if if I need ten ounces of resin, how far up that table do I go 2 or 3 or 4. That’s what’s missing from those cups. Thank you
There is a ruler on the cup. In this video it is at approximately 7:02. Follow the 10 oz line around to the appropriate ratio.
Did you ever finish this?
sorry ,no I since moved twice and went thru a lot of personel life changes. I plan to get back to uploading and finishing this next year
